"Called them in a pinch after the original oil company that was supposed to deliver to us never showed the day before Thanksgiving! A few minutes after we called the answering service we got a call from the owner who assured us we wouldn't need an emergency delivery and set up delivery for us for the next possible regular delivery. They now have lifetime customers and we will recommend to everyone. Thanks Bystrek's!"
